Our rates vary based on the size of the house (number of bedrooms/bathrooms, etc.) and the frequency of the cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, one time). Your presence is not required during the cleaning services. Many of our clients grant us access to their homes when they are away. Feel free to leave instructions, including gate codes for entry, etc.

Additionally, we recommend providing specific notes outlining your primary concerns to ensure that the cleaning aligns with your expectations.

Gratuity is not a requirement with A.C.D Cleaning, but we extremely appreciated these. If you intend to leave tip to our cleaners you can give the tip to the cleaner directly in cash.

No. We use high quality approved cleaning supplies. We value our cleaners’ health that we aim to utilize Eco-friendly and hypoallergenic products but carry chemicals so we can accommodate to every customer’s needs.
It is important that if you or someone in your home has any type of allergy or reaction to a particular product, let us know immediately or if you have a product that you prefer, and we do not carry it, we would be happy to use the yours.
