TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A.C.D Cleaning Services LLC requests your careful attention to the following TERMS & CONDITIONS. These terms constitute an agreement between you and A.C.D Cleaning Services LLC. The terms «we», «us,» «our,» «technical,» «cleaners,» and «A.C.D Cleaning» refer to A.C.D Cleaning Services LLC, while «you,» «your,» «customer,» «client,» refer to you, the user on the website.

  1. Zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination between customers and workers or vice versa.
  2. We have  a 45-minute window for our technicians to arrive, this excludes unforeseen circumstances such as accidents or bad weather. If we are running late, we will contact you. Customers are expected to be on time, if a customer is not on time, our technicians will wait for 20-minutes, after this period, the technicians will be dismissed. 
  3. We offer flexibility in scheduling our services to accommodate your timing. We appreciate that any cancellations or rescheduling are made with at least 48 hours’ notice, in accordance with our cancellation policy. 
  4. A.C.D Cleaning Services LLC cancellation policy applies to all clients without exceptions.
  5. A.C.D Cleaning Services, LLC DOES NOT move furniture. Our cleaning technicians are not equipped to move heavy items than 25 pounds. Unless they are moved from their place prior to their arrival. If it is not moved, it will not be cleaned behind it. No exceptions.
  6. We do not  remove hazardous material like blood stains or others.
  7. For the protection and safety of our cleaners, we work with shoes on. If necessary, we use shoe covers.
  8. Customers are welcome to provide walk throughs, initial suggestions, written notes, or a list of prioritized tasks. However, we kindly ask that clients allow our cleaners to work without interruption once the instructions have been given.
  9. For privacy and security reasons, all communication and payments should be made directly through the company or the business owner. We kindly ask that cleaners and clients do not exchange personal contact information (such as phone numbers, addresses, or social media) or communicate outside of the parameters set by A.C.D Cleaning Services, LLC.
  10. Good communication is crucial. For comments or complaints, contact us directly, and we are committed to resolving issues promptly.
  11. Agreements can be terminated at any time with mutual consent.
  12. A.C.D Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any appropriate time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
