A.C.D Cleaning Services LLC, requests that you carefully read the following PRIVACY POLICIES. The terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “A.C.D Cleaning” refer to A.C.D Cleaning Services LLC and “you,” “your,” «customer,» «client,» refer to you, the user on the Website.
We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee on our cleaning service. If you find that an area does not meet your expectations, we will return to touch up the area at no extra charge within 24 hours of the service —no questions asked.
Our competitive pricing policy ensures that our prices are aligned with the market and are completely fair. Costs are clearly communicated for the specific tasks discussed in advance.
Payment is due when a cleaning service is completed. Unpaid cleanings are considered a VIOLATION of our payment policy, recorded on the client’s account. If cleanings are not paid after 72 hours (3 DAYS), A.C.D Cleaning Services will start charging a 1% interest fee for each day after the 72-hour period.
The list of service requests we reject includes cleaning fireplace interiors, and dusting or vacuuming curtains or drapes. We do not clean pet cages or handle pet waste, extreme cleaning, dead animals, or hazardous materials. Additionally, for safety reasons, we cannot clean or dust wires or pipes. Extra services such as cleaning inside kitchen appliances are available; inquire about them before your appointment to reserve more time.
If you require extra cleaning outside the original agreement, notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to determine necessary products and provide a price. All requests go directly to the manager or business owner.
We understand situations may prevent you from being at home. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. A cancellation fee of 50% of the estimate cost applies if you cancel 48 hours or less before your scheduled appointment time. If we contact you to confirm and do not hear back within 48 hours, the appointment time may no longer be available (NO CHARGE). This applies only to clients who have confirmed their appointment.
The information collected, such as names, addresses and phone numbers, will be used solely to provide and improve our services and to communicate with you regarding your request.
A.C.D Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to modify these Polices at any appropriate time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
